Anxiety, Fears, & Phobias Oh My!

This experience is exactly as the title suggests. This hypnotic journey focuses on if it’s a presenting fear or phobia. Fears are routed in a previous negative experience of whatever caused the fear and phobias seemingly develop out of nowhere. There is no basis for a phobia. With fears and phobias comes, many times, overwhelming anxiety which is also a focus. In addition to working to greatly decrease or eliminate fears, phobias, and anxiety, there is attention paid to getting rid of any guilt, shame, moving past feelings of helplessness and frustration, silencing the inner critical voice, irrational thoughts, irritability, fear of public speaking, panic attacks, stress, Insomnia, and feeling like you must be perfect or perfectionism.

Moving Forward from Loss

Moving Forward from Loss helps clients who are grieving from the loss of a person or beloved pet. Since death isn’t the only kind of loss, clients are also able to use hypnotherapy to come out on the other side of a break-up, toxic friendships, bolster self-esteem, re-build confidence, foster self-forgiveness, and let go of any guilt or shame.

Edge is for anyone dealing with feelings of workplace performance anxiety, stress, an inability to network with others, even those experiencing Writer’s Block. The Trauma of it All

The Trauma of it All focuses on offering healing to those who have suffered trauma in their lives to include sexual abuse, neglect, abandonment, as well as those affected by verbal, emotional, physical, and narcissistic abuse. In addition, feelings that surround trauma such as guilt, shame, self-blame, anxiety, sadness, stress, negative self-image, low self-esteem, and self-criticism. With each session clients are able to let go of mistrust, re-gain their identity and self-awareness through setting healthy boundaries. Inner child work is also done to allow clients to comfort their inner child in ways they weren’t comforted during their own childhood, finally closing the door on feeling like a victim and emerging with a victor mentality.   

All Repeaters are Welcome!

This hypnotherapy service is dedicated to people who are dealing with repetitive actions. This experience is designed to rid or greatly diminish uncontrollable repetitive motions such as stuttering, tics, obsessive compulsions such as  ruminating thoughts, Trichotillomania (hair pulling), jaw clinching, and nail biting. Other areas of focus, which often accompany those experiencing repetitive thoughts or actions, are shame, feelings of helplessness, a loss of control along with anxiety.
